Services

Life can leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or simply exhausted from trying to hold everything together. Therapy can give you a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and figure out what comes next.

individual therapy

Life is hard and can feel overwhelming at times. Individual therapy gives you a safe and supportive space to sort through it all. Our sessions are focused on you—your story, your struggles, and your goals. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, past trauma, or just feeling stuck, therapy offers a chance to gain clarity, learn new tools, and build resilience.

first responders

First responders face unique challenges—long shifts, lack of sleep, and constant exposure to high-stress situations—that can take a serious toll on mental health and relationships, often leading to burnout or trauma-related symptoms over time. As the wife of a first responder, I understand how deeply the job can impact both individuals and families. At Just Be Mental Health, we offer a safe, supportive space to talk openly, manage stress, and build coping skills so you can continue showing up for others while also taking care of yourself.

first responder families

Life in a first responder family can be unpredictable and stressful. I understand the unique challenges that come with the job and the impact it can have at home. Therapy offers a space to strengthen connection, improve communication, and find balance amid the chaos—so your family can feel supported and understood.

what to expect

Starting therapy can feel both hopeful and uncertain, and that’s completely normal. In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’d like to work on, and what therapy might look like for you.

We believe that creating a safe and comfortable environment builds trust and forms the foundation for a supportive space where you can truly feel heard and understood.
